Simartis implements with a Romanian market-leading mobile operator the Dynamic OTA solution.
The Dynamic OTA is a trigger-based OTA solution designed for addressing the remote management of the SIMs while roaming, to optimize the process of network selection abroad.
In less than 2.5 months Simartis enhanced its OTA solution to permit integration and external triggering from the mobile operator’s roaming management partner, configured and tested the solution, and deployed it on the live system in a high availability configuration.
The Dynamic OTA solution is complemented by a flexible BI solution offering the mobile operator very good visibility on the system’s performance and guiding him in taking the best business decisions.

Simartis and our partner Idemia successfully finalised the implementation of the Bubble mobile marketing channel at a mobile operator in Malaysia.
The project that started in June covers from solution configuration and installation to validation on multiple SIM profiles and integration with the mobile operator’s systems in order to enable the real-time seamless customer experience from receiving relevant offers with the best timing to the real-time provisioning of the accepted offers.
Simartis handles as well using its own in-house built OTA platform the large-scale deployment of the Bubble STK applet on the SIMs live in the mobile operator’s market.

The Simartis SIM Backup solution has been chosen by one of the leading mobile operator groups to be deployed on a large number of affiliates in Africa. The first SIM Backup implementation went live in July 2017, while the second one later that year in October.
The SIM Backup product can be deployed stand-alone, or integrated with a full-fledged phone backup solution, thus offering the subscriber a consistent experience across managing the phone contacts or the SIM contacts.
The Simartis solution includes a highly configurable micro-credit module that can grant micro-credit for product-specific operations and to perform credit recovery.
Simartis successfully demonstrated the remarkable capabilities of its in-house built OTA platform by successfully rolling out in one country its SIM Backup STK – 21K application! on the SIMs live in the market.

Morpho (Safran) announced it is providing Avea, one of Turkey's leading mobile network operators with Bubble, Morpho's innovative mobile marketing solution. Bubble is a unique SIM and network server solution that sends personalized offer messages to Avea's customers. This will allow Avea to promote and cross-sell relevant core products to its customers. With Bubble, Avea's marketing campaigns can now be customized to the users' interests and activities and directly be sent to them in real-time while the phone is still in their hands.
Morpho, working with its solution partner Simartis, is integrating Bubble into Avea's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to provide highly customized offers to their segmented customer base. This integration means offers will be more relevant to individuals and less likely to be perceived as unsolicited messages by Avea's customers. Delivering more relevant offers has demonstrated a five to ten-fold increase in customers acting on SIM event-triggered marketing messages when compared to traditional bulk SMS campaigns, and double the success of push messages.
Bubble is delivered on Morpho's Java™ USIM/LTE/NFC* card technology and is uniquely suited to rapid Over The Air (OTA) deployment to SIM cards already in the field, due to its small footprint in the SIM card.
